Yes, this title supports cross-platform, which means that you can play together with users on different VR devices.
◆I get an error when I try to play multiplayer
Please check the following two points:

if the game is updated to the latest version
◆Voice chat settings
To check your voice chat settings, go to the "Lobby Room" and select "Options" -> "Audio" -> "Microphone Input".
If you still cannot use voice chat, please check the following:

Turn on or off voice chat in the in-game options.

Set the app's voice chat permissions in your hardware settings.
You can also turn on or off the voices of other players from the player list in Adventure Mode.
When off

You will not be able to hear the voice of the person you have muted.

Your voice will still be audible to the person you have muted.
